 In 1978, as a young girl, Violet Igolnikov came to the
United States from Russia. She encountered not only the same
challenges faced by most poor immigrants, but the additional
struggles of being a Russian immigrant during the cold war.
Having played the role of an outsider for many of her
formative years, Violet was forced to look inward for
strength in overcoming the obstacles and limitation with
which she was faced. In her early twenties, as a result of
some life altering adversity her journey for answers began
and a passion for understanding the human spirit and
inspiring women to tap into their own inner strength was
born. Using her innate ability to connect with and inspire
them to believe in their unbounded potential, Violet began
mentoring and coaching her peers and co workers.For over a decade, she has studied the works of great teachers such as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Neil Donald Walsh, and Abraham-Hicks. The application of their teachings, coupled with a successful career in a competitive male dominated industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and fortitude to her coaching practice. Violet’s successful coaching career is likely also attributed to her infectious sense of humor and enthusiasm for life and all the beauty it offers. Violet has her undergraduate degree in Speech Communication, a master’s degree in Business and has graduated from “Coach for Life”, one of the first accredited coach training organizations. This summer she will be studying with author and inspirational speaker, Alan Cohen, in his Spiritual Mastery course as she continues to expand her spiritual repertoire in order to bring new insight to her coaching practice. Violet feels her life calling is to teach others about the importance of self- worth, the necessity of self-love, and the joy of self-actualization. A Note from Violet Hello there!
